Thank you for your very professional and experienced diagnostic support in the service and fault finding problems with my car. I drove from Golflands to Papakura on the motorway and then drove at 100 klm with the revs just  over 3000 to Bombay hills. The car drove to Whitianga like a new vehicle and experienced no acceleration stutters in fact I passed several vehicles I would not have attempted a week ago.

I have been using Gary's services now for the past six years; first on my TDI Audi A3 and in the last couple of years on the TDI Audi A6.

Gary provides a wonderful hands-on service, and really cares about his clients. And it shows. He always offers the 'real oil' on what is needed, without frills, hidden costs, or other extras that you don't need. But at the same time offering a professional service equivalent to that provided by the big European car dealerships, but at far less cost.

Gary is someone I can trust to go to anytime for advice about my cars.

I believe in being loyal to those that offer excellent service and so I regularly take my car to Gary for servicing, and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, professional and customer focussed service for their European vehicle.

I have been taking my Q7 to Gary  and his talented team at European Car Services for over 4 years now. These guys deliver an outstanding level of customer service that seems increasingly rare these days. Not only are they honest, friendly and reliable, but they provide a level of technical expertise that puts many other workshops  to shame. It is really good to be able to talk directly to the person who is actually going to work on the car, rather than it being serviced by someone you never set eyes on.

Gary is a good communicator, and tells you how it is, and what needs to be done to sort it. The car is always ready on time, and left in a tidy condition. When my son accidentally filled the tank with petrol and not Diesel I phoned Garry on Sunday morning and he arranged a tow truck and had me back on the road by Tuesday which was really appreciated. Now that’s what I call service and you won’t get that from the many people these days.

I appreciate the more personal approach; both with him and also his front of office team....it  makes a difference and I highly recommend them.

I have used Gary as my mechanic since purchasing my VW Golf in December 2012 when his workshop was based in Eden Terrace and I still use him now that he has moved to East Tamaki.

Gary has always fitted me in for a service, WOF or helped me with an issue at short notice.  I would definitely recommend Gary as a mechanic as he is very reliable and trustworthy and he has always serviced my vehicle to a high standard.
